“My family and I recently closed the sale of my parents’ home in Newport Beach (Eastbluff), after their recent passing. As a group (myself & four siblings), we interviewed three highly capable and well regarded local real estate agents. We decided to list the property with Tom Unvert and were very pleased with the process and final results.

My parents had lived in the home for over 50 years and as they were in their 80’s and not in great health, not much current updating had been done. Tom suggested a small number of affordable repairs and improvements that would help in the home’s presentation and market appeal. Tom had the trade connections to have bids for the improvements to us the very afternoon we met him! He helped coordinate all the improvements, which for me, as an out of state owner, was valuable.
